The Fix: Rand Paul’s slogan: One part Ron Paul, one part Republican mainstream

Sen. Rand Paul's (R-Ky.) campaign for the presidency begins Tuesday powered by a simple rhyme: "Defeat the Washington machine. Unleash the American Dream."
