By Reid WilsonA1: Today's top stories.-- Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu addresses a joint session of Congress this morning, after telling AIPAC on Monday he felt a "moral obligation" to warn U.S. lawmakers of the danger of cutting a deal with Iran. President Obama told Reuters on Monday that a deal is possible if Iran is willing to keep their nuclear program on hold for "double-digit years" and to roll back some elements that currently exist.
